Refund and Returns Policy
At Bansal Silk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care in delivering premium-quality Bhagalpur silk sarees and other women’s saree collections. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
You may request a return if:
- the product is damaged or defective
- the wrong item has been delivered
- the product has a manufacturing defect
- the item received is significantly different from the description or image
To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- unused and unwashed
- in its original condition
- with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
- accompanied by the invoice / order confirmation
Products that show signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- products purchased during sale or discount offers
- customized / altered sarees
- gift items
- products returned after 7 days of delivery
Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected by our team.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required payment details.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for:
- products returned without original packaging
- missing accessories or tags
- minor damage not caused by us
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank / payment provider
- Reach out to us for assistance
Some banks may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in cases of:
- damaged product
- wrong product delivered
- manufacturing defect
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
