At Bansal Silk, we are committed to delivering your favorite sarees safely and on time. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location:

  • Bihar & nearby states: 2–5 business days
  • Other locations across India: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / rural areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999
  • Standard shipping charges may apply on lower order values
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID / AWB number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

You can use this tracking number to track your shipment status.


Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or not delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.


Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Bansal Silk.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective or manufacturing issue
  • Item differs significantly from the description

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, the saree must be:

  • unused and unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with tags and packaging intact
  • accompanied by invoice / proof of purchase

Products returned without original packaging may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • sale / discounted products
  • customized or altered sarees
  • products damaged after use
  • returns requested after 7 days

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refund may be processed through bank transfer / UPI.


Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a saree for another design, color, or pattern, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange is subject to product availability.
